I've been getting by with the SoftPowerPlay mod and OverdriveN on my Vega 64. The custom fan profile works, and the OC limits are actually slightly higher than the BIOS limits 2900/1500(well.the core clock limit is anyway). This works in most cases, where the issue is originated due to a system corruption. If the issue is with your Computer or a Laptop you should try using Restoro which can scan the repositories and replace corrupt and missing files.
